We provide the following services to domestic and landlord clients:

  • Boiler installation, servicing & breakdown repair
  • Central heating power flush
  • Cooker installation & servicing
  • Landlord Gas Safety Inspections (CP12)
  • General gas and heating maintenance

All services are carried out by qualified and Gas Safe registered engineers.


2. Quotes & Pricing

  • All quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.
  • Prices may vary based on site inspection, unforeseen complications, or changes in scope.
  • A breakdown of all costs will be provided before any work begins.

3. Booking & Cancellations

  • Appointments must be booked in advance via phone, email, or our website.
  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, we require at least 24 hours’ notice.
  • Missed appointments or cancellations within 24 hours may incur a call-out fee.

4. Payments

  • Payment is due upon completion of the job unless agreed otherwise in writing.
  • We accept bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and cash.
  • Late payments may be subject to a 5% monthly interest charge and potential legal recovery action.

5. Warranty & Liability

  • Most installations come with a 12-month labour warranty unless specified.
  • Manufacturer warranties for parts or appliances will be honoured as per the product’s terms.
  • We are not liable for damages caused by misuse, third-party interference, or unrelated issues not caused by our work.

6. Landlord Responsibilities

  • It is the landlord’s duty to ensure tenants are informed of scheduled inspections or work.
  • We cannot be held liable for missed appointments due to uncooperative tenants or inaccessible properties.

7. Health & Safety

  • All works are carried out in compliance with UK health & safety regulations.
  • Customers are required to ensure clear and safe access to the premises.
